GENERAL INFORMATION 

City of Cortez will consider all qualified responses to this RFP and score each response based on the evaluation criteria established in this RFP document. Sealed proposals are being solicited to replace City of Cortez’s current camera, access control, and Alarm systems in each of its 14 locations. In order to be considered, proposals must be received by the IT Department 1500 MST 5/30/2023. Email to or Mail to 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321. In order to be considered we must receive a sealed Mailed/Delivered RFP Answer.
