Compensation Study Services

The City of Cortez is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study and analysis to address recruiting, retention, and total compensation.  The City of Cortez intends to have the compensation study designed by May 2024, recognizing that full implementation is subject to budget restrictions and approval.
