Ballots for the Municipal Election will be mailed the week of March 11, for the election date April 2, 2024. Make sure your voter registration is up to date using the GoVoteColorado.gov website!
The City of Cortez Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, pursuant to Article IV of the Charter of the City of Cortez, the purpose being to fill four (4) positions on the Cortez City Council taking office on the 23rd day of April, 2024. There shall be elected three council members for terms of four years each and one council member for a term of two years.
