The City of Cortez is seeking input on draft chapters of the updated Land Use Code. The City of Cortez is in the process of updating its Land Use Code (LUC). A draft of two chapters is ready for public review. The draft chapters include the LUC’s general provisions, nonconformity provisions, zone district regulations, and use standards.
