NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S SETTLEMENT
PROJECT: Access Road & Parking Lot Rehabilitation
PROJECT ID: AIP Project No. 3-08-0011-039-2024
In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S. 1973 required in the State of Colorado, the City of Cortez has established January 25th, 2025 as the date of final settlement with Oldcastle SW Group, Inc., who rehabilitated the airport’s access road and parking lot pavement at the Cortez Municipal Airport over the Summer of 2024. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the City of Cortez at 123 Roger Smith Avenue, Cortez, Colorado 81321 on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.
