POSSIBLE POSTPONEMENT OF A CITY COUNCIL ACTION REGARDING THE APPLICATION TO REZONE AND C.U.P. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1050 LEBANON RD, CORTEZ, CO
This is a courtesy notice to residents and interested parties regarding the application to rezone and obtain a condition use permit for the property located at 1050 Lebanon Rd in Cortez.
The City Council has received a request from the applicants to postpone and continue the public hearing for these agenda items to September 26, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Although actual postponement must still be granted by the Council via a formal vote, the applicants will not be in attendance and there is a real possibility that a public hearing will not occur this evening.
