Local businesses like Off the Bench (youth sports training complex) and Sew by SO (sewing, alterations and gifts) used the Beautification Grant to add flare to their entrances with window graphics and a brand new signs!
Thanks to a grant from CHFA (Colorado Housing and Finance Authority), this year’s Business Beautification Grant match amount has been increased from $1,500 to $3,000. Deadlines for all applications, both current and new, have been extended to as follows; Application deadline - December 9th, project completion deadline - December 13th Businesses who have already applied can re-apply for additional funding of up to $3,000 total match this year for that business. Current guidelines still apply and can be found at tinyurl.com/BeautificationGrant. . Businesses who have already applied will be re-assessed for a higher match amount, and must reapply in order to receive any additional funding for new projects.
Reminder: Projects must be approved BEFORE work is started in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
