[ARCHIVED] Cortez Airport Parking Fees to Fund Improvements

Airport Parking fee info with email and phone

Minimal parking fees at the Cortez Municipal Airport will begin February 18, 2025, and will help fund future projects such as fencing, facilities maintenance, and operating expenses.

New Parking Fees at the Cortez Municipal Airport - CEZ (22874 Road F, Cortez, CO, United States, Colorado):

1 hour (grace period) ………………….……………………………………………………. FREE

1 hour to a maximum of 7 days………………………………………$1.00/hr up to max $4.00/day

7 to 14 days……………………………………………………………………...………. $3.00/day

14+ days……………………………………………………………………………….… $2.00/day

Long Term Parking Pass (Annual)…………………………………………………...…..... $250.00

The revenue from the parking lot will go into the airport enterprise fund. These funds are allocated toward operations and maintenance to support landside and certain airside projects that are not eligible for Federal Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants. The projects include future parking lot expansion, fencing and gate improvements, operating supplies and facilities maintenance. The overflow lot across Airport Rd. will only be available on an as-needed basis for large vehicle or overflow parking and is not a bypass to the main parking lot.

Passengers being dropped off or picked up are encouraged to utilize the curbside turn-around that is accessible before the main parking lot.

For inquiries regarding long-term passes, or general information, please contact the airport  - email:  cortezairport@cortezco.gov or by phone at 970-565-7458
