Bohannan-Huston, Inc. has helped the City of Cortez gather over 700 surveys and over 400 safety issues on an interactive map to create a Safety Action Plan Draft. As a part of the Safe Streets for All Planning Grant, this draft has been developed in an effort to make Cortez a safer community for all modes of transportation. The goal is Vision Zero, or a future where there are no traffic fatalities because of the changes that are made now.
