The Cortez Public Library is currently open to the public during the following hours:
Monday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday Closed
Wi-Fi is available 24/7 outside of our building.
The Library is happy to announce that study rooms are available. Our small study rooms accommodate two people, and the large one can accommodate up to four.
Please visit https://cortezpl.skedda.com/ to book a study room. Reservations can be made a week in advance for a maximum of two hours daily. You can cancel your reservation up to an hour before your time slot.
Please do not hesitate to call us at (970) 565-8117 with questions or for assistance.
Public computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use is limited to one two-hour session per person per day. Please get in touch with the staff at the front desk if you need more time.
The copier is available for self-service use. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer faxing, but we can direct you to local businesses that do.
Staff assistance with technology will be limited.
With your Cortez Public Library Card, you get free access to our digital Library at http://coloradodc.overdrive.com. Download the Libby App, select "Cortez Public Library", enter your card number, and you're all set! If you've lost your library card, please call us for your card number.
