The Cortez Public Library is currently open to the public the following hours:
Monday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
For patrons who prefer limited contact or need accommodation, door side pickup is still available.
Our Wi-Fi hours are:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
The Library is happy to announce that study rooms are available. Our small study rooms can accommodate two people, the large study room can accommodate up to four people.
Please visit https://cortezpl.skedda.com/ to book a study room. Reservations can be made a week in advance for a maximum of two hours per day. In case you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to an hour in advance of your time slot.

Patrons may check out library laptops for use outside of the building with a current state-issued photo ID.
Public computers are available on a first come, first served basis. Use is limited to one 55-minute session per person per day. Please contact staff at the front desk if you need more time.
The copier is available for self-service use. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer faxing but we can direct you to local businesses that offer faxing services.
Staff assistance with technology will be limited.
With your Cortez Public Library Card, you get free access to our digital library at http://coloradodc.overdrive.com. Simply download the Libby App, select "Cortez Public Library", enter your card number and you're all set! If you've lost your library card, please call us for your card number.
