- Jet Limited 4 painted the exterior of the building and added new awnings above the windows with Sparks N Arcs.
- Organa Market installed a new sign with KFR Graphics.
- NR Investments landscaped the exterior of the Johnson Building at 925 South Broadway.
- Johnson Insurance Agency added a new sign with KFR Graphics.
- Love on a Hanger purchased wine barrels and seasonal plants for outdoor beautification.
- Sew by SO installed window decals with Southwest Signs & Graphics.
- Southwest Farm to Yarn Collective added seasonal plants and replaced a broken window.
- High Desert Physical Therapy had the windows professional cleaned with Really Clean Windows and installed new signs with Southwest Signs & Graphics.
- Merriweather Home & Market planted seasonal flowers and vegetables and added outdoor string lights to the patio.
- The owners of 12 East Main Street added the Sleeping Ute Mountain mural to the east side of the building.
- Bitterblossom Games installed window decals to the door.
- Wild West Excursions installed irrigation and planted flowers and vegetables to 100 North Pinon Drive.
- Chronic Therapy updated the sign and replaced the LED lights on the sign with Fast Signs.
- Superior Auto Supply Company updated the sign with Yesco Signs.
- First Southwest Bank added the Cortez mural on the east side of the building.
- KFR Graphics replaced the windows at 330 N Broadway with Cortez Glass.
- Elevated Liquors landscaped the parking lot at 540 N Broadway with C&G Earthworks.
- The LOR Foundation provided financial assistance to four additional nonprofits that applied for the Beautification Grant including the Four Corners Food Coalition, KSJD/Sunflower Theater, Hospice of Montezuma, and Montezuma Land Conservancy.

- Off the Bench purchased large window decals from KFR Graphics, and an official open sign for the exterior door.
- Merriweather Home + Market replaced a broken window, purchased exterior chalkboards to showcase promotions and events, and purchased plants for seasonal decoration.
- Mi Mexico Mexican Food replaced the glass in a window and door from Cortez Glass.
- FB Organics contracted Cortez Drywall & Paint to caulk and paint the exterior wall and purchased new plants and potting soil for seasonal decoration.
- Bitterblossom Games purchased a window decal for the front door from Southwest Signs & Graphics.
- KSJD/Community Radio Project replaced a broken window from Sunglass Cortez.
- Loungin' Lizard purchased a new exterior sign and a custom neon sign.
- Sew by Sew purchased a new sign from Southwest Signs and Graphics.
- Accupuncture Therapy Clinic LLC purchased a new front door from Ace Hardware.
2023
- Zu Gallery purchased window graphics from Southwest Signs and Graphics.
- Merriweather Home + Market contracted PC Artistry to paint a mural on the exterior of the building and purchased plants for seasonal decoration.
- Sew by SO had the sidewalk replaced outside of the building.
- Slavens Inc purchased plants for seasonal decoration.
- The Station Boutique purchased a new exterior sign.
- Turquoise Raven Art Gallery replaced a window and painted exterior trim.
- The Colorado Welcome Center purchased plants for seasonal decoration.
- Cortez Vision purchased a new exterior sign from Southwest Signs and Graphics.
