    By answering yes to the following question, you admit that you have gotten official approval from the HOA president, board, or any other representatives responsible for approving landscape changes in your HOA district. The City will not be found accountable if changes to landscape are done by homeowner prior to HOA approval.

    If you have answered no to the following question, please obtain approval from your HOA before completing this application.

    The City will only rebate turf replacement to the maximum square footage as listed above. Nevertheless, you have the flexibility to exceed the maximum square footage of 1,000 or 2,000 square feet, for residential and commercial properties respectively, if you wish to convert additional non-essential turf into low-water-use landscaping.

Projects will be evaluated and selected based on the requirements of the program, available funds, and order of applications received.
