Construction documents should be delivered to City Hall, 123 Roger Smith Avenue within 1 week of submitting the online application. A digital copy may be included on this application.
Applicants must also bring full size (36 inch x 24 inch) site & building plans to Cortez City Hall, 123 Roger Smith Avenue.
