6:00 PM - Food Trucks Arrive

6:30 PM - Activity Kick-Off

DJ Music & MC Introduction:

Curated popular music as the MC kicks off the festivities with introductions and event highlights.

Hot Air Balloon Trivia and fun facts.

Interviews with pilots and event goers

Giveaways of Balloon Rendezvous Merch, Recreation Center Swag, and Gift Cards.

7:00 PM - Balloon Glow Begins

• Pilot briefing
• RC Hot Air Balloon demonstrations.
• Meet and greet with pilots; get a Balloon Card from your favorite pilots.
• Kids Activity Table Open until 8:00 PM, activities for kids, including coloring stations, and crafts.

7:00 PM - Tethered Balloon Rides

Take a short tethered balloon ride and get a unique view of Parque de Vida from above. A great opportunity for families proceeds to benefit Our Own Lives Foundation.

9:00 PM or Dusk - Glow Count Down

- Final announcements, thank you speech from organizers, and farewell to attendees.
