Playground Days Summer Program Register HERE

A full-day summer adventure for kids ages 5–10, hosted by the Cortez Recreation Center.

Playground Days is more than child care, it’s a summer filled with fun, friendships, and hands-on learning. Designed for working families and curious kids, this program runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, starting one week after school ends and wrapping up one week before school begins.

👧Who Can Join

• Ages 5–10 years old

• Maximum of 50 children

• Staff-to-child ratio of 1:10

• Registration required

🏃 A Typical Day

Children enjoy a mix of structured and free play, including:

• Morning arrival and group activities

• Sports like tennis, soccer, and sand volleyball

• Daily themed experiences: swimming, wheel day, park and library visits, and movie day

• Snacks and lunch provided
