Room Rentals

We offer two versatile rooms for community use. All reservations must be made at least a week in advance. All reservations must be paid in full. Payments can be made in person or over the phone; a card will incur a 3% service fee charge. 

  • Mesa Room $35/hr + $35 cleaning deposit – Ideal for meetings, workshops, or small celebrations (Hardwood) 

  • Canyon Room $35/hr + $35 cleaning deposit – Perfect for gatherings, classes, or group activities (Carpet)

  • Combined Mesa + Canyon $60/hr + $50 deposit – A larger space option when you need extra room

Reservations do not include access to the facility. If guests would like to access the Rockwall, pool, gym, or recreation room, they will need to pay their daily entry fee or swipe their membership card.

Reservations are simple! Contact the Cortez Recreation Center front desk at 970-564-4080 or email us at reservations@cortezco.gov with details of your request. Our team will confirm availability, help with setup details, and ensure your event is ready to go
