Recreation League Sports at the Cortez Rec Center are more than just games—they’re a gateway to growth, connection, and community. Our leagues thrive thanks to the dedication of volunteer coaches, referees, and scorekeepers, whose time and heart make it all possible. These programs invite youth to explore a variety of sports in a supportive, low-pressure environment, helping them discover what they love while building confidence and teamwork. Along the way, they form meaningful relationships with trusted adults, learn the value of sportsmanship, and become part of a community that cheers them on—on and off the field.
